Order processing
When you place an order with us, we use your personal information to be able to process it properly. We may then give your personal information to our delivery service to the order to be delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this, we use your e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, follow-up data, and payment information. Until your order is complete, we keep this information. We retain specific customer data for a more extended period due to the statutory tax retention obligation.
Providing to third parties
We cooperate with specific companies that may receive your data from us. We only forward your data if this is allowed by your local law. We work particularly closely with certain service providers, for example in the area of customer service, with technical service providers or with logistics companies. Payment data to third parties
On our website we offer different payment methods. For this we work together with Mollie as a service provider. They receive payment data from us regarding transactions. Only customer data that is relevant to the execution of an order is exchanged with them.
Your account
Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. You must then enter information about yourself and choose a user name. With this information, you will create an account where you can log in with that user name and a password of your choice. We do not keep password data in our system, and a password could only be changed by yourself.
For this, we use your payment details, e-mail address, name and address, billing address, and telephone number. We do this based on your permission. We keep this information until you close the account.
We keep this information for login in quickly and, if necessary, contact you as part of the execution of the agreement. You can change information via your account whenever you want.
Provision to other companies or institutions
Except for the partners mentioned above, we will not give your data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g., if the police require us to do so on suspicion of a criminal offense).
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This agreement contains strict protocols about what they can follow. We allow Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. We do not allow Google to anonymize IP addresses.

The security of personal data is critical to us. We ensure that we store your information securely. We always adjust the security and pay close attention to what can go wrong.
